    And also, a 100Mbit Net is no guarantee for anything. How many computers in
    total? How much "normal workload" on it? Copy a large file (100+ mb) between
    the two users and time it. How long does it take?

    Which system has the VNC server on it, and which has the viewer?

    If WinNT has the server on it, does it have features such as wallpaper,
    patterns, fontsmoothing etc turned on?
